Job Description​

Evaluates and interprets clinical records for use in supporting responses to denials. Submits appeal for clinical related denials. Works collaboratively with  the Care Progression department to identify trends and opportunities to improve processes.  Prepares and presents denial data presents at quarterly Utilization Management Committee meetings.

Registered Nurse (KS) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS), Registered Nurse (MO) - National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)

Associate Degree (Required)
