Job Description​

The Opportunity:

Our Med-Surg Units are seeking experienced Nurses to join their teams. In this position, you will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and provide patient care to patients with a variety of conditions, acuity levels, and treatment plans. This nursing position will provide you with variety in your day-to-day and allow you to expand and grow your nursing skills. These are passionate teams with various experience, skills and backgrounds. They are busy, fast-paced units that will allow you to master your skills with a nationally recognized team. They are a leader in quality measures, celebrates their successes, and recognizes hard work.

The Work:

  • Accountable for utilizing the nursing process, safety and efficiency

  • Care of the patient in the intra-operative phase of care

  • Delegates patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff

  • Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients

  • Consults with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes

  • Demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies rules guidelines and procedures. Tier 1 will work at one entity.

Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse - Various
