For new graduate RNs, we know your career and leadership development will benefit us as much as it does you—so we pour resources into your growth, training, and development through our Nurse Residency Program. All new graduate BSNs and ADNs hired at Saint Luke’s Hospital participate in this program, which helps build clinical competency and professional practice behaviors throughout the first year of practice.
The Saint Luke’s Educational Assistance Program, our tuition reimbursement benefit, offers reimbursement for tuition/enrollment costs associated with Continuing Education.
