Saint Luke’s offers a Career Advancement Program for Nurses (CAP). CAP is a five-step, education program that helps nurses advance their careers. Through CAP, nurses participate in strategic projects and lead initiatives that expand their skills and help develop leadership skills.
Nurses can also cross-train to learn about other opportunities throughout Saint Luke’s. Nurses can explore different career paths by participating in on-the-job training instead of attending classes outside of Saint Luke’s.
