Job Description

The Opportunity: 

A Mail Print Technician provides support for our in-house printing facility, including operating digital printers, bindery equipment, completes delivery documents, and maintains accounting records for print and mail charge backs. They are also responsible for daily sorting and processing of incoming and outgoing mail, both interdepartmental and USPS for multiple locations. Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail are essential.

 

Shift Details: 

  • 40 Hours per week
  • 8:00 AM to 4:30PM
  • Monday through Friday

 

The Work: 

  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds, unload trucks, handle storeroom equipment 

  • Enters data in hospital Materials Management Information System 

  • Clean and disinfect medical equipment between patient use to assure it is ready for next patient use 

  • Assists with the daily movement of linen carts 

  • Able to operate a hand pallet jack 

  • Able to utilize various electronic devices for order taking
