Job Description​

Accountable for using Nutrition Care Process (NCP, ADIME-assessment, diagnosis, intervention, monitoring and evaluation). Develops and oversees the implementation of  nutrition interventions/prescriptions for patients with nutrition problems. Responsible for coordinating the plan of care/interventions and consulting with other members of the health care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The RD demonstrates proficiency in the Standards of Practice and Standards of Professional Performance.
