Job Description​

Opportunity:

 

Saint Luke’s East in Lee's Summit, MO is seeking a full time night Polysomnographic Specialist. You will perform all aspects of care as outlined in national and departmental clinical standard of practice policy and procedure manual and in accordance with written verbal orders or approved protocol flow charts. 

 

Shift Details: 

  • Sunday, Monday, Tuesday 6:45pm-7:15am

 

Requirements:

  • RPSGT

  • BLS

  • Associate Degree

Responsibilities: 

  • Performs diagnostic polysomnographic testing, assessment based therapeutic interventions and the analysis and scoring of polysomnographic records 

  •  Assesses and evaluates histories and physicals, diagnostic, clinical and sleep related data, pursuant to the development and monitoring of planned interventions in collaboration with the medical staff 

  •  Supports and participates as appropriate in weekly medical director meetings, Commitment to Quality, continuing education, and professional growth development activities and performs other duties as assigned

Applicable Experience:

Less than 1 year

Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Polysomnographic Technologist - Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists

Associate Degree
