Clinic RN Registered Nurse

Saint Luke’s East Hospital of is hiring for a Clinic Nurse for their Oncology Outpatient Oncology and Hematology Clinic. This position is part of a rapidly growing program and will assist with research studies, provide patient and family education, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary innovative care team committed to improving patient outcomes.

We are looking for experienced nurses with Oncology experience. To be successful, you will need to be organized, team oriented, adaptable, and enjoy helping others. We are seeking compassionate nurses who possess strong relationship building skills and enjoy going above and beyond for their patients while keeping the whole patient in mind.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process.
• Coordinates care w/ Multidisciplinary Team.
• Delegates tasks.
• Formal or informal leadership within unit or department. 
• Patient education

BSN Required:

HOURS: Monday – Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM

May be asked to float to other locations: Lee’s Summit, Overland Park, Plaza

Job Requirements

Applicable Experience:

2 years

Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate - Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation, Registered Nurse - Various

Bachelor's Degree
