Job Description​

Perform scheduling and timekeeping for areas across the Saint Lukes Health System including correspondence schedule coverage schedule changes timekeeping maintenance and other miscellaneous activities as needed. Ensures that staff schedules are balanced. Performs audits of schedules to ensure hours shifts align with employment status. Addresses timekeeping discrepancies within Kronos. Creates supports and maintains the data integrity of the Kronos scheduling and timekeeping application. Serves as a resource to users of the system providing information training and problem solving services. Additionally configures and runs scheduled and ad hoc informational and analytical reports for users of the system.

• Complete day to day timekeeping tasks to include but not limited to: missing punches, unscheduled hours and absences

• Provide reporting to management as requested i.e. absence reports

• Support end users will solution education; Audit and level department scheduling in collaboration with management

• Provide management with final overview of time cards for payroll sign off ensuring accuracy of all codings within the time card
