Saint Luke’s is hiring medical assistants. We welcome anyone interested in learning about medical assistant careers, recent graduates, or experienced professionals.
To be considered for a position, certification is not required. For interested candidates without certification, the first ten weeks of employment include a paid training program to prepare you for your job at Saint Luke’s.

Medical assistants are cross-trained to perform administrative and clinical duties in the clinic or physician office setting. Some responsibilities include:
Saint Luke’s has developed a full-time, 10-week paid training program to equip entry-level medical assistants with the knowledge and skills they need for the job. The program includes classroom lectures, skills, and simulations at Saint Luke’s hospitals with clinical educators, culminating in full, supervised shifts with an experienced professional. No college degree is required.
Note: This program will prepare you for jobs within Saint Luke’s that do not require certification. Certification is only required at our residential living facilities.
