Jackson County has seen a spike in the number of COVID-19 cases. In just two weeks, the county moved from a low level of COVID-19 to a high level.

This comes as many people are expected to gather for celebrations over the Fourth of July holiday weekend. 

FOX4 talked to Ginny Boos, PhD, Director of Infection Prevention at Saint Luke's Health System, about recommended precautions for celebrating the holiday safely.
