November is Prematurity Awareness Month, and Saint Luke’s Hospital of Kansas City’s NICU cares for many babies who were born prematurely, which is a baby delivered before 37 weeks.

Saint Luke's OBGYN, Dr. Cicy Li, shares her story of premature birth due to preeclampsia, a serious blood pressure condition during pregnancy and one of the leading causes of preterm birth.
