With the 2024 United States general election less than a week away, voters are feeling stressors heading to the polls.

A recent poll by the American Psychological Association found 77% of adults say the future of the nation is a significant source of stress in their lives with nearly 70% noting the U.S. presidential election.

Dr. Kadie Harry, a Saint Luke’s clinical psychologist, spoke with KMBC to share her insight and expertise ahead of the election, emphasizing the importance of mental well-being during the final stretch of campaign season.
