With schools reopening the combination of virtual learning and isolation at home is really taking a toll on children. There is so much out of our control during the pandemic, with things constantly changing. 

Experts at Saint Luke's Crittenton Children's Center talked to KSHB about the importance of parents having open communication with their children, validating their feelings, signs to look for that their child may be struggling with their mental health, and how they can let kids have a say in the things they can control.
